Where are you located?
Our office is on the north central side of San Antonio, Texas. We dispatch our technicians all over San Antonio, Boerne and surrounding areas.
Do you have discounts?
Yes, depending on the season, we run a variety of specials and discount opportunities. Please contact us for further information regarding current specials.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, you can apply for financing in certain cases. We will do the best we can to work with you.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we are licensed and insured, our plumbing division is managed and supervised under master license M-38501, and our HVAC division is managed and supervised under license TACLB 00002797E. In addition, many of our technicians carry other certifications such as EPA, Puron(410-A), NATE, and Healthy Air Specialist. For additional information about our company's license standing on both areas, please feel free to check online at the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation and the Texas State Board Of Plumbing Examiners.
Do you warranty your work?
Our standard warranty for repair services is 90 days on our parts and labor, unless otherwise stated at the time of service. The standard warranty for installation of our parts and equipment is 1 year, unless otherwise stated. We will be happy to go into further detail over the phone.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
What kind of work do you do?
We provide plumbing and HVAC service and new construction for both residential and commercial customers. No project is too big or too small.
